"German" bakelite-type Amber beads from the early 1900s. Traded in and around Mauritania in Africa. Great designer sizes! Sizes range from 18mm diameter x 10mm thick to 25mm diameter x 18mm thick with 2mm holes. Rare and in excellent shape! No Discount in this 28" strand.

Vintage bakelite (an old type of plastic first developed in the 1920s, and used extensively thru the 1950s) necklace/choker with round marbled beads.  Each bead is about 1/4" diameter and is a smooth avocado green with faint butterscotch marble swirls.  The double strand is 17" long not clasped; and is for a thin neck.  Also included is a pair of matching screw-back dangle earrings. Excellent condition… but areas of the chain need to be cleaned.
