The Berber tribe of Morocco is famous for detailed metal work including beautiful enamel work and niello technique. The pieces are extremely rare now, and prices are ever-raising. Some of the following items are newly made, which is always noted. The older pieces are made with a high silver content, about 80%. Prayer boxes, fibulas, and variations of the "Hand of Fatima" are recurring themes in traditional Berber jewelry.
