Sherpa "Coral" Glass prayer beads, Rounds strand
An antique strand of Sherpa "Coral" glass beads, made to imitate rare
salmon/pink coral. Rounds with flat ends in shape with a few variants (see photo). Smooth with some pitting, beads average 18mm x 22mm
with 3.5mm hole for stringing. From the Sherpa people who inhabit the
region around the Himalayan mountain range. From the early 1900s. A
few beads may be chipped or dirty from what used to be daily prayer use.
