Very rare gold-plated brass fluted steel-cut seed beads. French-made "P4" crimp-style beads from 1910-20 known as Torsè (which means twist, as seen on the uniforms worn by Napoleon’s soldiers). Mini-hanks; small beads are approx 14º in size.
