Payments; Credit Cards and PayPal
The Bead Paradise online store currently accepts: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX.
* We also take PayPal, please email us your order and we will issue a PayPal invoice; payment is expected within 2 days after we issue the invoice. S&H charges are the same.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS: To insure that there is no Identity Theft, all orders MUST BE SENT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS. Please be sure to fill out "Bill TO" and "Ship To" completely (name, address, city, state, zip) or your cart may not be processed.
Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped via U.S. Postal Service with delivery tracking; our shipping charge (including handling) is $7.00.
All international orders are shipped International Priority Air Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. Expected delivery time is approximately ten days from shipping for international orders. We have two rates: $22 for Priority International Shipping includes shipping verification from the USPS; $34 is for Priority International Shipping PLUS trackable and insured and Registered Delivery (signature required). Any and all additional duties or Value Added Tax which may apply to international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders, items seized by customs, customs dues, tariffs, or other fees or duties that your country's postal system may apply to your order.
Minimum order for discount: $500.00 (you spend $425.00 plus shipping and applicable sales tax).
We reserve the right to exempt any items from the volume discount. Generally, the discount will apply to beads but not to finished jewelry.

Orders can be made directly from the website using secure credit card processing.
C.O.D. orders (cashier's check or money order only, no personal checks) can be faxed to 440.774.2148
Return Policy
Items may be returned for Store Credit or amount credited back to their credit card or PayPal account; and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: your S&H charge from the original order will NOT be refunded; this will be deducted from any credit. ALSO as of April 28th, 2010 there will be a 10% re-stocking fee for all returned items; this will be deducted from any credit.
Merchant Policy
Customers have up-to 1hour to cancel an on-line order. Shipping takes place within 48 hours after funds have cleared.
Sorry, due to limited availability of many of the items we offer, we cannot accept backorders at this time.
We no longer offer Web-Store Gift Certificates. However, we do take orders for Gift Certificates that you or a loved one can use in our store in Oberlin, Ohio. Please call 440-775-2233 for more details.
