Payments; Credit Cards and PayPal
The Bead Paradise online store currently accepts: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX.
* We also take PayPal, please email us your order and we will issue a PayPal invoice; payment is expected within 2 days after we issue the invoice. S&H charges are the same.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL OUR U.S. & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: To insure that there is no Identity Theft, all orders MUST BE SENT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS.
ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (except Canada): We no longer accept credit cards for orders. We use PayPal.com for overseas orders. Please email us with your list of items (item #s and price and quantity) and we will send you a PayPal invoice. We apologize if this may be an inconvenience, but we have had too many fraudulent orders from overseas. We ship REGISTERED MAIL on all overseas orders, and the shipping and handling fee for that is $22.
All international orders are shipped International Priority Air Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. Expected delivery time is approximately ten days from shipping for international orders. We have two rates: $22 is for Priority International Shipping PLUS trackable and insured and Registered Delivery (signature required). Any and all additional duties or Value Added Tax which may apply to international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders, items seized by customs, customs dues, tariffs, or other fees or duties that your country's postal system may apply to your order. We will not issue a refund or reship for packages stolen once they leave the United States.
Orders within the United States are shipped via U.S. Postal Service with delivery tracking; our shipping charge (including handling) is $7.00.
Minimum order for discount: $500.00 (you spend $425.00 plus shipping and applicable sales tax).
We reserve the right to exempt any items from the volume discount. Generally, the discount will apply to beads but not to finished jewelry.

C.O.D. orders (cashier's check or money order only, no personal checks) can be faxed to 440.774.2148
Return Policy
Items may be returned for Store Credit or amount credited back to their credit card or PayPal account; and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: your S&H charge from the original order will NOT be refunded; this will be deducted from any credit. ALSO as of April 28th, 2010 there will be a 10% re-stocking fee for all returned items; this will be deducted from any credit.
As of August 19th, 2011: NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS for domestic and Canadian orders, or 60 DAYS for international orders. RETURNS for credit only, minus our 10% re-stocking fee as mentioned above.
Merchant Policy
Customers have up-to 1hour to cancel an on-line order. Shipping takes place within 48 hours after funds have cleared.
Sorry, due to limited availability of many of the items we offer, we cannot accept backorders at this time.
We no longer offer Web-Store Gift Certificates. However, we do take orders for Gift Certificates that you or a loved one can use in our store in Oberlin, Ohio. Please call 440-775-2233 for more details.
